Thank you for you interest in working with out team! We love transparency so here is how we currently split deals: if it's lead (not under contract), then we provide you 20% of assignment fee. If under contract and we help you disposition (find a buyer to assign contract to) then we split 50%. Please ensure that you have personally spoken to the seller and they have a solid motivation to sell within the next 3 to 4 months. We will follow up with you and schedule future conversations about the lead or contract and send updates to you for more information.
